Grey November months are when we take stock, look at what we’ve achieved in the year (a lot!), how much we earned (plenty), and how we also can give back a bit. So like in previous years, we decided to donate 2% of our revenues to good causes. We were on good track to make $4m in revenues back in November, so we committed to donating $80k to charity.
Like in previous years, we invited our permanent full-time employees decide on who to donate to, by allotting $3k to everyone and letting people pick up to three charities of their liking to distribute to.
Here’s the final list, all the money has been wired by now.
